Rhubarb is a uniquely delicious vegetable that makes amazing desserts. Not to mention being packed full of nutrients.
According to Organic Facts the health benefits of rhubarb include: “its ability to promote weight loss, improve digestion, prevent Alzheimer’s disease, stimulate bone growth, avoid neuronal damage, boost skin health, prevent cancer, optimize metabolism, improve , and protect against various conditions.”
The original recipe calls for raspberries but since those aren’t in season you can easily substitute nice fresh British apples. You’ll find the ingredients list below.
