This year, for the first time, there will be a Yoga Holiday with Paul on Cyprus from
14 September- 21 September 2018.

To give you a little preview, I wanted to share some fun facts about this gorgeous island. Those of you who join the retreat will have a chance to explore its beauty, along with the regularly scheduled programme of twice-a-day yoga classes, meditation, delicious clean food, stunning beaches, music, laughter, fun and friendship!
