Instead of New Year’s Resolutions how about New Yoga Resolutions?

I was blessed to take part Dharma Mittra teacher training this past year and one of the things that emerged from it was a new resolve and dedication to my personal yoga practice. Even though I am constantly in the studio it reminded me that there is a difference between just turning up and mindful practice.

Take a few minutes right now to think about your yoga practice:

-What does it mean to you?
-How does it affect your daily life?
-Where would you like to improve or progress?

Then think about at least one thing you can do to elevate your practice, for example:

-Take an additional class every week
-Try a new style of yoga
-Do yoga with a friend
-Change your diet
-Mediate
