One week to go till I’m off to New York City for my second half of the 500-hour Dharma Mittra Life of a Yogi teacher training.
I did the first half back in September and it was full on. Our day started at 6.45am and finished 9.30pm with only a 90-minute lunch break. Practicing and studying yoga with that intensity is a profound experience. You’re pushing yourself physically, mentally and spiritually. Though tough it can also be incredibly peaceful. The only thing you have to think about and focus on is yoga – which gives great clarity.
The second week will be just as challenging and I can’t wait. Love it.
Don’t forget to check the studio schedules for alternatives classes/teachers while I’m away!
