If you can’t get enough of yoga mark your calendars for the OM Yoga Show on 24-26 October, at Olympia National London.
OM show
Though wandering around an exhibition hall isn’t my idea of relaxing, these big events can be a source of inspiration and they’re a great place to stock up on yoga gear. They’re expecting over 200 stands where you get yoga, Pilates, Ayurveda and health products. With the change of season, it’s a good time to buy some warm clothes, maybe a new bag, or refresh your mats and towels!

The show will include free open classes in a range of yoga styles and Pilates. They’re usually suitable for everyone including beginners, so it’s a good way to try a new form of yoga. If you want something more in-depth there are also workshops that are longer and showcase different teachers and styles, as well as fusions like yoga and dance.

If you go to the yoga show you also get free entry to the Mind Body Soul Experience which covers complementary health, spiritual awareness and personal development. It has even more activities, like Zumba, Tai Chi, Bollywood Dance, Hula Hooping, Belly Dancing and Salsa.
