Drinking water can get boring. Luckily there are lots of delicious hydrating foods that will keep your body refreshed and revitalised for your Bikram yoga classes!

All of the following have water content of over 90%:

Grapefruit
Cucumber
Watermelon
Strawberries
Cantaloupe
Celery
Iceberg Lettuce
Tomatoes
Radishes
Peppers
Spinach

You can mix and match those ingredients to make a range of healthy salads, smoothies, soups, etc.

The great thing about eating your water is that you get vitamins, minerals, fibre, energy and electrolytes too.
