He lead his first class on his 89th birthday. Most of us would be delighted to see 89, whether we could touch our toes or not. Imagine enjoying such a long, vibrant, healthy life…

Next time you’re struggling through standing bow, or camel pose, and think “is this really worth it?” picture yourself fit, strong and loving life at 89… or 109. Like Bikram says, better 90 minutes of pain than 90 years.
