Spring is, allegedly, on its way, which makes it a great time to think about getting more fresh food into your diet. I found this great website Eat Seasonably which has lots of information about what to eat and when. It has a PDF calendar of ‘what to eat now’ that you can download and stick on your fridge, or keep next to your shopping list.
It also has ‘what to grow now’ tips for any of you green thumbs out there.
