Have you ever stopped to think about the everyday benefits of Bikram Yoga? The little things that you can do, or do better, thanks to practicing regularly?
One of my students mentioned that Bikram has made her commute easier…. How? Thanks to the standing series her balance has improved and that ‘locking the knee’ keeps her upright on crowded Tube trains. I’d never have thought of that but there you go… an unexpected bonus for her hard work.
